PBR Weekly Update — Week Ending July 20, 2026
This week’s Philippine Bar Reviewer updates are about one thing: helping you move from “What should I study?” to focused practice with less friction.
From July 13 through July 20, we shipped a more useful Quizzes dashboard, clearer Mock Bar guidance, an expanded Plus allowance, a cleaner Flashcards starting point, better sign-in readability, and reliability improvements behind the scenes.
- Start, build, resume, and review quizzes from one dashboard.
- Use Weak Topics, Due for Recall, Syllabus Gaps, and community practice signals to choose your next drill.
- Configure a Mock Bar before entering the timed workspace.
- Get three Mock Bar exams per week with Plus.
- Use clearer Flashcards filters and more readable authentication screens.
Quizzes that help you decide what to practice next
The refreshed Quizzes dashboard brings the main practice paths together. You can launch a five-question random drill, build a custom quiz, resume an unfinished session, or open your quiz history without hunting through separate screens.
The dashboard also surfaces Weak Topics, Hottest Topics, Due for Recall, Syllabus Gaps, and Popular Practice. These views turn recent performance, memory timing, syllabus coverage, and community activity into practical next-step choices.
A clearer Mock Bar workspace before the clock starts
The Online Philippine Mock Bar Exam page now explains the practice flow more clearly. Candidates can configure pacing, subject focus, and question count before entering the exam workspace, while the dashboard keeps performance, attempts, guardrails, and feedback signals visible.
The experience also makes an important sequence explicit: your plan is checked after submission and before grading begins. That keeps the timed writing simulation focused while making the path to post-exam feedback easier to understand.
Plus now includes three Mock Bar exams per week
As of this update, the Plus plan includes three Mock Bar exams per week and unlimited quizzes, together with expanded weekly limits for essay flashcards, codal readings, and Clara. The plan chooser also states the access period directly so candidates can compare the weekly allowances before continuing to checkout.
A cleaner Flashcards starting point
The Flashcards Studio entry area is more focused. The active syllabus path stays visible, while Question Type and Question Source controls make it easier to switch between essay and multiple-choice practice or narrow a session to jurisprudence-based material.
We also shipped cache-lifecycle and deployment safeguards aimed at making repeat visits to Flashcards and Quizzes faster and more consistent.
Readability and reliability improvements
- Authentication contrast: login, registration, and one-time-password screens now use clearer text, input, placeholder, link, and autofill contrast.
- Mock Bar guidance: the landing page more clearly describes timed essay practice, saved attempts, and when Plus feedback applies.
- Release reliability: cache and deployment safeguards help keep public pages and assets aligned with the latest production release.

Open Quizzes for a quick five-question drill, visit Flashcards Studio for focused recall practice, or configure an Online Mock Bar Exam when you are ready for a timed essay simulation.
Good luck with your review—and keep showing up for the next question.
