PBR Weekly Update - Week Ending July 27, 2026

This week’s Philippine Bar Reviewer updates make it easier to enter timed essay practice and give you clearer control over optional email and account choices.

Mock Bar practice is easier to enter

The live Mock Bar workspace now leads with the purpose of the timed essay simulation and separates a full exam, a configurable exam, and one-click subject practice into clear choices.

More control from your Profile

The live Profile page groups optional learning-email preferences with the rest of your account controls. Unsubscribing from optional emails does not delete the account or change the current plan.

For permanent account deletion, simply opening the section changes nothing. The page requires the account email, the exact confirmation phrase, and an acknowledgement before the destructive action can proceed.

Readability and reliability

This release also sharpens the wording and structure around important study and account actions. The result is a clearer distinction between starting practice, adjusting communication preferences, and taking a permanent account action.

More Updates on the Philippine Bar Reviewer Discussion pages: Bread Crumbs Responsive Bar 2023 Syllabus

 This weekend I'm able to add three updates to the site as follows:  Bar 2023 Syllabus in the discussions tab defaults to Expand All. Breadcrumbs feature on the question discussion page is now implemented. Responsive Bar 2023 Syllabus. Upon page load, users can easily spot the topics and questions listings.
